Can I receive the invoice for the order? ^ It is possible to request a receipt for the order placed on the website www.faxiflora.it by sending an email to info@faxiflora.it with the order reference number and billing data (company name, VAT number and unique code) Can I attach a card? Is it included in the price? ^ Of course, it is recommended to attach a card to the flowers. You will be asked when completing the order and is included in the price. If you prefer a card dedicated to the occasion you can purchase it in the "gift item" section Can I add a funeral ribbon to the funeral flowers? ^ Of course, you can request it when ordering by specifying that you want the funeral ribbon in the "Notes for delivery" field, it is included in the price Can I pay by bank transfer? ^ Payment can be made by instant bank transfer. If the florist is unable to found the recipient, he/she informs Faxiflora who in turn will contact you for further information. Delivery in Italy is possible within a few hours, even on the same day as the order. Delivery abroad is possible from the day following the order date (excluding Sundays) How do I get my order delivered the same day? ^ If you complete your online order before 3pm, you will be guaranteed that delivery will be made the same day (orders in Italy). If you place your order in the afternoon, you can contact our customer service by telephone, we will confirm whether delivery is feasible within the same day Where can I ship my order? ^ Orders are shipped in Italy and abroad to any address. Deliveries on board ships, tourist villages, hospitals, nursing homes or cemeteries must contain a reference telephone number. If delivery is not possible, the customer will be notified by the office How does the delivery of a flower wreath work? ^ Funeral flowers can be delivered without problems to the church, cemetery or funeral home. Will the bouquet in the picture match the one delivered? ^ Each florist has their own personal touch and each flower is, in its own way, unique: for this reason the aesthetics of the bouquet may vary from what you see in the photo.
