This is the second time I have used this site and I can confirm that the service is really serious and punctual.
The first time I sent roses on Valentine's Day by placing the order several days in advance and everything went well.

I chose Faxiflora after wandering around many florist sites online. The product delivered reflects (and indeed exceeds) both the photo and the price paid. The florist (North Milan area) called me before delivery to check the time of delivery (I had indicated in the notes: afternoon delivery by 4pm and I was called at about 12pm).
So: excellent service, in my experience excellent choice of local florists.
